hmm..you can use VPN also.rather than free VPN, paid VPN will give you high online anonymity for very-much secure web-access. i.e. cyber-Ghost VPN
For anonymous web interface or to surf the web anonymously with 100% online web privacy i am using "Hotspot Shield" free VPN.
yea, that is also a good way but for free version advertisements on browser is annoying. You can also use SUMRANDO VPN, a free and a better way 4 anonymity.
